My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were not serviced promptly, and I even had to clean the shower myself to feel comfortable using it. However, after putting up a sign not to service the room, things improved. The service was a contrast - some staff members were nice and informative, while others were rude and there were multiple maintenance issues. The location was convenient, just off the highway, and I liked the easy access to different areas. The dining options were limited and not very hot when served. Despite some shortcomings, I appreciated the facilities at the hotel.

I couldn't resist taking a bagel and apple back to my beautiful room instead of enjoying the buffet. The hotel's pool area is a real gem, despite its central location below the inside rooms.
